In my community, I saw a wealth of untapped potential among young people. I founded SYMUN to create a dynamic platform for them to develop skills in public speaking, diplomacy, and critical thinking. As President, my role involves strategic planning, team management, and overseeing the execution of conferences that simulate real-world diplomatic challenges.
This initiative has taught me that true leadership isn't about authority; it's about empowering others to achieve a shared vision.
